Interview hiring talent as an effective method in practice has been widely used, especially in the civil service recruiting exam, interview played a pivotal role. Structured interview is a fixed evaluation methods official recruiting exam interview, its role is growing, more and more standardized and scientific. However, structured interviews at all levels of the civil service recruitment examination applications are more or less there is a need to improve the place. Civil service recruitment examination in Xi’an for example, after an investigation found that the implementation process of the interview appeared, inadequate training examiner, examiner hiring conditions are not uniform, design interview questions and "people post match" requirement contradicts design interview questions the science is not strong, the examiner secret security management should be strengthened, the need to strengthen the Organization for Security exam, interview scoring unscientific, improve supervision and other issues. Solving these problems has important practical significance.
