The Evolution Of Platform-based Social Organizations

Social organizations in the development process has diversified characteristics,based on its organizational goals,service areas,service object and other social organizations can be divided into different types of social organizations,platform type social organizations as a kind of social organization,the main service object is a traditional service-oriented social organization,the main function is to traditional service-oriented society organizations provide venues,resources,technology,services,improve the capacity by its influence,the traditional service tightly linked to social organization,form a network system.The platform type social organization is both the need of government management and the development of social organization.Taking S-province platform-type social organization as an example,this paper studies the transmutation process of platform-based social organization and analyzes the causes of platform-based social organization transmutation.S province platform with special historical background,the development of social organization based on the two earthquakes as the time node,S province platform type development of social organizations is roughly divided into three stages: before the Wenchuan earthquake;Wenchuan earthquake to Lushan earthquake before the occurrence;Lushan earthquake to the end of the year(at the end of 2013);2014 till now.Well-known experts in the related social organization research and recommend direct participants,this article selects four typical cases,based on the four typical cases initiated mode,organization structure,content,scale,sources of funds and resources,people,results comparison analysis S province platform type evolution of social organization,analysis the influence factors in the process of its evolution.Through the comparison of typical examples,this paper concludes that S provincial platform type development has experienced from the folk spontaneous social organization to the government guidance,finally the process of government-led,investigate its reason,one is the platform type social organization's own ability to highlight,the two played a huge role in earthquake disaster,influence gradually enhanced;Second,in the important period of government transformation management mode,the development of platform social organizations has adapted to the needs of government management,and the government has paid more and more attention to the attention of the platform social organizations.The evolution of platform-type social organizations also shows the evolution of the relationship between the state and social organizations.It is a process in which the state continuously strengthens the guidance and leadership of social organizations.
