Thoughts On The Construction Of The Rule Of Law In Media In The New Era

The reasons for the different reactions of "Jiaxin case" and "Yu Huan case" are not only the consideration of the case itself and plot,but also the different roles and functions played by the media in the two cases.In the case of illicit discussion in the media of "Yao Jiaxin" case,it further stimulated the indignation of the people,and in the face of the aggravated indignation of the people,although Yao Jiaxin has the plot of self surrender,it has almost no space to fight for its death through various ways.In the "Huan case",the media made sound in time to guide the trend of public opinion,thus promoting the judicial organs to pay attention to the public opinion,and to dispose of the cases properly.Finally,the sentence was sentenced to five years of imprisonment from life imprisonment.It can be seen that in the process of discussing the hot spots of rule of law,what role the media should play is indeed a topic worthy of reflection.Taking this as a breakthrough point,this paper discusses the relationship between the structure of the right system of the media law,the relationship between the media and the judiciary,the problems faced by the rule of law in the media and the corresponding countermeasures.
