Analysis Of The Dilemma And Causes Of The Public Space Governance In The "Village-to-Home" Communit

In recent years,with the development of urbanization,A large number of traditional villages have been "evacuated and lived together",and the community of "changing from village to dwelling" has emerged continuously.The governance of public space of village to residential community has also become a hot research topic in recent years.The public space of "village changing to dwelling" is an open physical space,which is referred to in this paper.It includes community parking spaces,public green spaces,activity squares,community streets and public facilities.Community public spaces are areas where people move freely and meet the needs of community residents' daily life and social interaction.It is also the place where social problems and conflicts are most likely to arise,especially in recent years,when common spaces have given rise to spears.The news of the shield conflict is common and has aroused widespread concern.The governance of the community public space not only reflects the good or bad of the community environment,but also affects the quality of life of the community residents and the establishment of the emotion among the community neighbors.Therefore,perfecting the governance of community public space is the inherent demand of community development.Compared with the traditional villages,the community of "changing from village to residence" has undergone great changes in its spatial form,which is mainly reflected in the disappearance of the traditional public space.There are two aspects of new public space.Traditional public space is an important carrier of common memory and cultural tradition of rural society.It is also one of the main ways for people to create a sense of belonging in the community.A part of the public space in the "village to residence" community is a completely new concept for resettled residents.The contradiction between the traditional land standard thought of residents and the concept of modern community landscape design represents the lack of residents' understanding of modern public and private interests.Attacking the traditional thinking of residents,changing their way of life,also affecting their behavior choice;It is related to the harmony and stability of the community as a whole.Therefore,it can be said that this is a new challenge to community governance.This paper selects a typical village in Dayi County of Chengdu as the research object,and studies the quantity and scale of its public space.Supply and demand,use of disputes and conflicts and other key issues of field research and case analysis.The author found that the number and scale of the community public space is small,the types are relatively single;The planning and design do not fully listen to the opinions of the residents,lack of humanization,the gap between supply and demand is very large;Residents' public awareness is weak,self-interest is dominant,community belonging and identity is lacking,and the responsibility consciousness is generally lacking.The system of community public space governance mechanism needs to be improved.It confirms the general views and facts above,and finds its uniqueness,such as the lack of professional property services in the community and the absence of collective economic industries.
