An Empirical Study On The Reverse Publicity Of Judgment Documents

The referee documents publicly require the reverse open of the referee’sdocuments,that is to say,the information of the non internet documents need to be overt.At present some courts have set up a“non Internet document”column on thewebsite，and regularly open the basic information and no reasons for surfing theInterest.However，more courts failed to implement the reverse disclosure of the referee documents.There are atill many problens in the courst the have opened non interment documentinformation,such as the lack of access to the reasons，noidentification of related documents and so on.Through a visit to the portal of various courts，this paper makes an empirical study of the implementation of the reverse open of the referee’s documents，andproposes to improve the reverse open of the referee’s documents and refine theexamination and approval system of the non internet documents，to further improvethe referee instruments onlime public machine system in china.
