At the same time that the world's population is aging in the 21 st century, human beings have also entered the era of longevity, and academic circles have paid more and more attention to the study of the elderly.Reducing the pressure brought by aging and aging to social development, actively responding to the aging of the population, effectively improving the quality of life of the elderly, and letting the elderly share the fruits of social development has become the consensus of the whole society. There are three perspectives for the study of old-age care for the elderly: the main body of the elderly, the way of providing for the elderly, and the quality of old-age care. This paper studies the quality of life of the elderly from the old-age care institutions. The study of the quality of life of the elderly in the old-age care institutions is based on the present and based on the development of the times. It needs to be deeply interpreted under the theoretical framework of systemic and dynamic. At present, the institution's aged care service industry is constantly developing, and relevant research is also deepening. However, from the perspective of quality of life, there are few studies on the different levels of needs for the elderly, and the corresponding level of aged care services and their satisfaction. This paper uses literature research method, interview method and questionnaire survey method to study the quality of life of elderly people living in old-age care institutions from the aspects of daily life care, medical care, spiritual culture service and spiritual comfort. This article is divided into seven parts. The introduction part introduces the background of the ageing of the aging, sorts out the existing research status related to the quality of life of the elderly and the basic situation of the relevant surveys and interviews. The first part of the text outlines the overall status and needs characteristics of the quality of life of the elderly. The second part analyzes the daily care needs of the elderly from the perspective of daily care of the elderly in the old-age care institutions, and the supply of daily care services such as cleaning, helping meals and helping the bathing of the old-age care institutions. The third part analyzes the medical care needs of the elderly and the medical care of the old-age care institutions in combination with the self-care degree of the elderly, the disability and the chronic diseases. The fourth part analyzes the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly and the spiritual and cultural services and spiritual comfort of the old-age careinstitutions. The fifth part gives the possible path to improve the quality of life of the elderly from three aspects: promoting the reform of the supply of the aged care service, the model of the aged care service of the innovative institution, and the service of the elderly. The conclusion starts from the contradiction between supply and demand between the needs of the elderly care service and the old-age care provided by the old-age care institutions, and explores the path choices to improve the quality of life of the elderly. The research results of this paper show that:(1)the disability and the proportion of senior citizens in the elderly are strong, and the demand for medical care services is strong. This is one of the problems that must be solved in the development of the old-age care institutions in the future;(2)the overall quality of life of the elderly The situation is not high, and there is a big gap with the needs of the elderly.(3)The overall mental comfort service of the old-age care institutions is insufficient. It is necessary to take multiple measures, and social organizations, communities, family members, volunteers, etc.should take more and more responsible.Due responsibility.
