A Study On The Satisfaction And Influencing Factors Of Old-age Care In Different Places For The Elderly Who Moved With Them

With the further implementation of Guizhou's strategy of strengthening the province with talents,many "Gui Piao" are coming to Guizhou with their dreams.With the acceleration of population mobility and population ageing,the number of elderly people moving to Guizhou is increasing,and the consequent demand for elderly people moving to Guizhou will gradually come to the fore.As a supplement to the modern social care model,off-site care is a new trend in the development of the elderly care model.The satisfaction of the elderly living in other places is an important expression of the effect of the elderly living in other places,and it is directly related to the happiness of the elderly living in other places and the harmony and stability of the society.This paper takes the elderly people who have moved to Huaxi University City in Guiyang City as the research object and conducts an empirical study on the satisfaction of the elderly people who have moved to other places and the factors influencing them through the analysis of field survey data.Combined with the factors influencing the satisfaction of the elderly people who have moved to other places,the paper proposes countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of the elderly people who have moved to other places.The paper is divided into six main parts.The first part is the introduction.The second part defines the concept and theoretical basis of the study.The third part is a survey and analysis of the satisfaction of the elderly people who have moved to other places.The fourth part is an empirical analysis of the factors influencing the satisfaction of the elderly people who have moved to other places.The fifth part is the conclusion and suggestions for countermeasures.The sixth part is the shortcomings and outlook.The survey results show that 48.2% of the elderly people who have moved to other places are "satisfied" with their old age,and there is still room for improvement.The study found that the more women,the higher their education level,the better their health,the more they moved with their families for the reason of "family reunion",the more their main source of living came from themselves,the more often they had children to provide care,the more often they talked to their children,the less often they felt lonely,the more they participated in local medical insurance,the more they participated in neighbourhood activities and the more they had local acquaintances and friends,the more satisfied they were with The higher the satisfaction level of elderly people in their old age.An ordered logit regression analysis further revealed that 10 secondary indicators,including gender,education level,health status,reason for moving with them,main source of living,living care status,frequency of talking to children,feeling lonely in a foreign place,participating in local medical insurance,and participating in neighbourhood activities,had a significant effect on the satisfaction of the elderly moving with them in a foreign place.Based on the results of the empirical analysis and the actual situation in the university city,it is suggested that the government,the community,families and the elderly people who have moved to other places should start with the construction of the system as a guarantee,so as to build a solid line of protection for the elderly people who have moved to other places;strengthen the construction of community services,so as to create a warm home for the elderly people who have moved to other places;improve the attention to parents and affirm the contribution of the elderly people who have moved to other places to their families;and actively change the concept of old age to enrich the life of the elderly people who have moved to other places.
