Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Performance Of The Functions Of The Traffic Union In H Province

The transportation trade union of H province is an industrial trade union of transportation industry of H province.It is subordinate to the transportation department of H province.It is under the leadership of the general trade union of H province from the regional point of view.It is under the leadership of the Chinese seafarer construction trade union from the industrial point of view.Since 2015,the central and provincial Party committees have unified the work of group reform.The reform plan of the trade union of H province was put into effect in 2017.Under these circumstances,the implementation of the functions of the transportation trade union in H province is facing new opportunities and challenges.There are many problems,such as the weakening of democratic supervision,the weakening of democratic management of factory affairs,the weakening of maintenance functions,the lack of tree selection and cultivation mechanism,the underdevelopment of labor competitions,the singleness of educational forms,and the formalization of ideological education.Reexamine yourself,discover problems and innovate yourself.In order to solve these problems,besides strengthening self-construction and perfecting working mechanism,it is necessary to improve the legal and institutional guarantee and lay a solid foundation for the performance of trade union functions.Based on the review of the status quo of the performance of the functions of the transport trade unions in H province,this paper adopts the inductive research method and the literature method,finds out the problems existing in the performance of the functions of the transport trade unions in H province from the perspective of the group reform,analyzes the causes,and actively explores the countermeasures to strengthen the performance of the functions of the transport trade unions in H province.
