Research On The Government Functions Of Hohhot In The Strategy Of Public Transport Priority

The strategy of Public Transport Priority is the core Strategy of China's Traffic Development,the government has produced many documents and experts in public transport has been thoroughly studied.It turns out the strategy of Public Transport Priority can solve some problems like urban traffic congestion,environmental pollution and waste of resources.Benefits from the strategy of Public Transport Priority,the public transport services in most cities in China has been significantly enhanced,more and more people choose to travel by public transport.Some cities have accumulated a lot of good experience,such as Shanghai,Hong Kong and Dalian.Hohhot has already taken a large number of measures to develop the strategy of Public Transport Priority,like strengthening construction of the infrastructure of public transit,to develop and encourage green travel,to establish Intelligent public transport system,and so on,but it didn't work very well,The traffic problem in Hohhot is still serious.For this,we analyze the causes of these problems by numerous examples,and propose solutions from the point of view that Hohhot government should performing public service functions.
