Research On The Application Of Regional Development Model In The Integration Of Land-lost Farmers Into Communities

With the continuous progress of urbanization,land expropriation area increases year by year,and the number of farmers who have lost their land increases continuously.Although the government actively guide farmers resettlement,but due to the city and countryside dual structure differences,land-lost farmers and urban residents in values,mode of production,there are many different living habits,the land-lost farmers in transition,there are some difficulties in life adaptation.As a basic place of life,the smooth integration of land-lost farmers into urban communities is an important guarantee to adapt to urban life.Regional development model as one of the three models of community work,the society participation and decision-making of residents from bottom to top,integrating community resources,and solve community problems,pay attention to ability in the process of mining and ascend.Under the guidance of regional development model and the theory of increasing energy,this paper intervenes in the community integration of land-lost farmers in X community.The second part of X community through interviews,summarizing,analyzing the present situation and problems of land-lost farmers community into the land-lost farmers get X community community into the following problems:mainly environmental conflicts of interest;Lack of community contact,indifferent neighborhood relations;Land-lost farmers are self-closed;Low community participation;Lack of a sense of community.At the same time,the corresponding needs of community integration of land-lost farmers are evaluated according to the problems:community environmental problem solving needs,social needs,community resource integration needs,and community sense of belonging needs.The third part,guided by the regional development model,combined with the energy increase theory,designs the community integration scheme of the land-lost farmers in X community.The fourth part of the application of relevant strategies and techniques of regional development mode,from the individual level,can increase interpersonal level and environment level,enhance self-efficacy of the farmers,improve the ability of resource integration of the farmers,build community and friendly atmosphere,promote community interaction,promoting community sense of belonging,thus promote the land-lost farmers into urban community smoothly.The fifth part is according to the principle of the concept of social work evaluation and using the method of interview and questionnaire survey,to evaluate X land-lost farmers communities into services,analysis and summarizes the intervention effect.The sixth part is to summarize the effect of regional development model in the integration of land-lost farmers' community and the guiding role of the theory of increasing energy in the integration of land-lost farmers'community.
