Research On The Application Of Group Work In The Capacity Building Of Community Social Organization Leaders

Urban and rural community governance is about the stability and harmony of our country at the grassroots level,and it is an important measure to protect the vital interests of the community residents.As community social organization plays a prominent role in urban and rural community governance,incubation and nurturing community social organization becomes the current hot topic.As the leader of the community social organization,the leader of the community social organization plays an important role in the development of the community social organization,and its ability also restricts the development of the community social organization.Based on this,the author firstly,the S three community social organizations in the community,through the interview the leader of the community social organizations and their members,understand S present situation and demand of community social organization leader ability;Subsequently,the author used the method of group work to intervene in the ability of three community social organization leaders in S community to understand the role of group work in the leadership capacity of community social organizations.In this paper,the study found that in the building of the community social organizations,the ability is weak,lacking the ability to plan for personal development planning,system construction ability is weak,the community social organizations leader in community development and management of social organizations will produce "impotence".Therefore,in the community social organizations for capacity building,need to community social organization leader ability construction and development of social organizations,the energized the individual level and organizational level of empowerment,community social organization leadership team can play a role.The dynamic foundation of the community social organization leaders' capacity-building group includes two levels of individuals and organizations,and the group motivation at the individual level comes from the satisfaction of the individual needs of the leaders of the community organizations.Group dynamics at the organizational level come from the sense of responsibility of community social organization leaders for community social organizations.The motivation of the members of the community social organization leadership team has experienced the process from extrinsic motivation to intrinsic motivation to the extinction of power.During the preparatory period and early stage of the group,the motivation of the team members is mainly driven by external forces such as the community and social workers;With the emergence of the group's effectiveness,the group's team consciousness formed,and in the middle and later stage of the group,the motivation of the team members became the internal motivation of the individual ability expectation and the formation of the team's consciousness.Finally,the group's motivation gradually died out as the group ended.From the team practice process,the author ignores the community leadership and community environment,the relationship between social organization in community social organization leader ability use frequency is not high,lack of social organization leaders of the community empowerment in the community level of empowerment,later the researchers can be combined with the community environment influence on community social organization leadership,starting from the community of social work,social organization leader ability construction of the community.
