Research On Involvement Of Social Work In The Ability Improvement Of Community Workers Under The Theory Of Empowerment

Under the background of social governance,the effectiveness of grassroots social governance-community governance is related to the modernization of social governance in China.Community is the basic unit of social governance,and community workers are the core component of the community.Therefore,based on the project plan of "social work guidance and service" of M social work organization,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interview.On the one hand,it reviews the current situation of capacity building of community workers and the research perspective of empowerment theory through previous literature review,on the other hand,it analyzes the basic situation and practical needs of community workers through questionnaire survey and interview.Based on this,the intervention strategies of social work under the framework of the theory and practice of energy enhancement are formulated,and the professional methods,practical approaches and intervention effects of social work under the theory of energy enhancement in the capacity building of community workers are discussed.Due to their own reasons and social reasons,community workers will be in a state of powerless or low power in their daily work,often lacking the ability required by individuals,political power and interpersonal power.Therefore,their needs mainly include the following three aspects: first,the need to improve professional quality and comprehensive ability;Second,the need to establish a good relationship with community residents;Third,the need for changes in social environment and policies.Based on the survey of the needs of community workers,the orientation of social work empowerment was involved from the three levels of individual,interpersonal and society.Professional vocational training,two-way group capacity training and policy advocacy were adopted,and five work lists,such as the list of community residents’ committees performing their duties in accordance with laws and regulations,were initially prepared in consultation with the government,In addition to the responsibilities of the community residents committee,the division of public services between the community and social organizations is also clarified,which promotes the formation of a community governance model in which "government,society and market" participate together.Finally,in the stage of summary and evaluation,we will carry out follow-up visits and service satisfaction assessment on community workers involved,and summarize the effectiveness of social work intervention,so as to effectively promote the ability of community workers and make them play a better role in community governance.
