Research On The Government's Role In The Development Of Lianyungang Private Express Delivery Industry

The express delivery industry is a complex and emerging service industry that integrates multiple functions such as information exchange,cargo delivery,and capital circulation.In recent years,along with the rapid development of the national economy and the sudden and vigorous development of electronic commerce,the development of China's private express delivery industry is also very rapid.But at the same time,due to the lack of government's role,there are many problems in the development of the private express delivery industry,coupled with changes in the market environment and the strong competition and pressure from foreign giant express delivery companies.In such a complex industry situation and in such a competitive environment,it is particularly important to give full play to the role of the government in promoting the private express industry,which is not only related to the healthy and stable development of the private express industry itself.It is also related to the benign development of the entire express delivery industry,and it is also related to the sustainable development of the entire economy and society.It has great theoretical and practical significance.Based on the above factors,this paper takes the private express delivery industry in Lianyungang city of Jiangsu province as the research object,and on the basis of the relevant research results at home and abroad,visits some private express delivery enterprises in Lianyungang through field investigation to collect various information and materials.To fully understand and grasp the current Lianyungang private express industry in the development of the role of the goverrnment.On this basis,through the in-depth analysis of the study,the government's role in restricting the development of the private express delivery industry in Lianyungang has been related to the problems and analyzed the reasons.For example,the government's service management force is relatively weak,the government lacks management of franchise express delivery,the competent Department of express delivery has a single regulatory means,and the coordination of functional departments is not smooth enough.Finally,from the point of view of the role of the government and its realization,we can get enlightenment by analyzing and drawing on the advanced experiences and practices of Changzhou,Suqian and Huai'an.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the development of private express delivery industry in Lianyungang from the aspect of the effectiveness of the government's role.Second,we will improve the legal system for government supervision of the express delivery industry.Including accelerating the promotion of local supporting systems and mechanisms.Third,the government should standardize the operation and management order of express delivery market,such as improving the access plan of express delivery enterprises.Fourth,we will improve the government supervision system for the express delivery industry,such as establishing and improving the mechanism for express delivery enterprises to withdraw from supervision.Fifth,strengthen the safety supervision of the express delivery industry and comprehensively improve the level of safety management.Sixth,we will strengthen the effectiveness of government supervision and evaluation and improve accountability mechanisms.
