In November 2016,General Office of the CPC Central Committee issued in Beijing,Shanxi Province,Zhejiang Province in piloting the reform of the national supervision system,deployed in Beijing,Shanxi Province and Zhejiang Province set up supervisory commissions at provincial,city and county-levels.The functions of The Office of Supervision(Bureau),bureau of corruption prevention,the Bureau Against Corruption and Bribery,the Anti-corruption and Bribery Bureau and the Duty Crime Prevention Bureau of People’s Procuratorate integrate to supervisory commissions.After more than two years,the personnel transferred from the procuratorial organ to the supervisory commissions and the former disciplinary inspection commissions jointly faced the situation of the integration of human resource in the reform of the supervisory system.As the difficulty and key link in the reform of the supervisory system,the integration of human resource is worth studying and improving.Based on the literature method,this paper combines the questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate and understand the current situation of human resource integration of disciplinary inspection commission and supervisory commission in L country of Zhejiang Province under the background of supervision system reform and analyze the existing problems to test the current work effect and whether the "1+1>2" reform effect is truly demonstrated.In view of the existing situation and problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions in order to provide operable Suggestions for the integration of human resource in the supervision system reform,so as to make them comfortable to adapt to the work under the new situation reform and facilitate the smooth development of the work.Firstly,this paper summarizes the background and research significance of the reform of the supervision system of disciplinary inspection commission of L country,and expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis of human resource integration.Secondly,this paper comprehensively analyzes the status quo of the disciplinary inspection commission of L country after the reform from three aspects: cultural level integration,performance level integration,and career development level integration.It introduces how the commission conducts human resource integration after the reform,and finds and summarizes the existing problems of human resource integration.Thirdly,it summarizes the reasons for the human resource integration of the disciplinary inspection commission of L country.Finally,I put forward some Suggestions on establishing new culture of disciplinary inspection commission,perfecting training mechanism,perfecting investigation supporting mechanism and establishing effective personnel assessment and incentive mechanism.As a grassroots pilot area of national supervision system reform,disciplinary inspection commission of L country of Zhejiang Province tries first,and through practical exploration and practice,it should summarize relevant experience and problems in the integration of human resource,so as to provide reference for the comprehensive implementation of supervision system reform.
