On Regional Assistance In Administrative Law Enforcement

At present,the types of interests involved in administrative law enforcement in China are diversified,and the corresponding ways of administrative law enforcement have been developed rapidly.In the same jurisdiction,the administrative bodies of different administrative divisions carry out regional assistance.This kind of administrative assistance develops cooperation among local administrative organs in the form of administrative cooperation or administrative cooperation,and gradually extends to the legislative level,and tends to be institutionalized in practice.Therefore,it is undoubtedly of great practical and theoretical significance to improve and enrich the relevant system of regional assistance in law enforcement and strengthen the information exchange among administrative organs in various administrative regions.It is the basic purpose of achieving legitimate and reasonable administration,and also the inevitable requirement of building a government ruled by law and improving administrative capacity.In the process of examining the application of regional assistance in administrative law enforcement,it is pointed out that the main problems at this stage in our country lie in the weak operability,lack of legal protection and strong local protectionism.In order to achieve a more perfect application of regional assistance in law enforcement,the article puts forward some ideas from the perspective of law enforcement standards,responsibility allocation,relief mechanism and supervision system.
