Research On Government Information Disclosure From The Perspective Of Anti-corruption

Since the implementation of the Regulations on information disclosure of the Government of the People's Republic of China on May 1,2008,the implementation of the Government Information Disclosure system has entered a new situation.Government Information disclosure provides convenience for people's production,life and economic and social activities,satisfies citizens ' right to know,and improves the transparency of government work,but ten years also exposes some problems existing in the system of Government information disclosure.At present,China's "Government Information disclosure regulations" are being revised and reformed,the study of the Government Information Disclosure system has become a hot issue,combined with China's anti-corruption high-pressure situation,from the anti-corruption perspective to study China's government information disclosure system is very necessary.It is of great significance for the improvement and perfection of China's government information disclosure system to understand the system of Government information disclosure related to anti-corruption in foreign countries and to draw lessons from the excellent system system of the United States,Germany and Singapore.By comparing the foreign system to find out the problems existing in China's government information disclosure system and the reasons for the existing problems: due to historical and cultural constraints,low legal rank,lack of safeguard mechanism,and so on,the real and anti-corruption related information disclosure system in the form,government financial information is selectively open,administrative decision-making information is not in place.In the perspective of anti-corruption to improve China's government information disclosure system,we need to improve the transparency of administrative decision-making,the implementation of civil Service information disclosure,the full disclosure of the Government's financial information.The root of corruption comes from the disorderly use of power,and the government Information Disclosure system has the function of removing the undercover operation and removing the power to exercise concealment,so that the exercise of power is exposed to the supervision of citizens,thus prohibiting the disorderly use of power and prohibiting corruption.Government information disclosure and anti-corruption have a natural close relationship,so the study of government information disclosure system from the perspective of anti-corruption is the theoretical circle should pay attention to.
