During the National Conference of 2019,a number of NPC deputies jointly submitted a proposal to amend the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors,which focused on the issue of juvenile delinquency,from age,post-examination measures,parental performance,etc.Amend the relevant laws and regulations in various aspects.The problem of juvenile delinquency in our country has attracted the attention of all sectors of society.It is especially important to explore such influencing factors for more effective interventions to correct such deviations.This study takes the juvenile criminal suspects in the Shanghai P Detention Center as the research object,collects the data through qualitative research methods,and conducts in-depth interviews with them to explore how the family influences the bias behavior of the minors.The study found that the behavior of minors ' deviations is dominated by impulsive crimes and the proportion of property-type crimes is high,and the subjects are younger,the motives are simplistic,the forms are diversified,the model gangs,the means of violence are adult,and the repetition Highly characteristic.Behind this status quo,the family is the core cause of the misconduct of minors.Among the four family factors of family relationship,family education,family economy,and family resilience,the relationship among family members,the low-educated parents,the lack of supervision,the advantages and disadvantages of the family economy,the use of economic conditions,and parental attitude towards children's crimes have an important impact on the behavior of minors' deviations.Based on the above findings,the above four family factors are divided into risk factors and protection factors,with the family as the core,multi-faceted synergy to enhance the family ' s self-help ability,in order to personal development of minors,improve the minor family system,prevention Minors contribute to crimes.
