Research On Social Work Intervention Involving Community Participation By Residents From The Field Perspective

In modern community life,the participation of community residents and their organizations in community affairs and activities has become more and more important.Cultivating residents' community participation is not only the basic work of community work,but also the important content of promoting community co-management and sharing.The real community shows the characteristics of weak participation of residents,such as weak consciousness of participation,poor initiative of participation,single group of participation and so on.Community participation has been promoted in recent years,but it has never changed.Community theater is a new effective way and means to cultivate residents'community participation.It contains professional values,theories and methods of social work,which can arouse residents' consciousness of participation and arouse their consciousness of role.Consciously become concerned about community construction and community development governance.As a new intervention method to mobilize community participation,community theater has a lot of resonance with social work professional values.Firstly,through the experience of implementing "community theater",this paper presents the role of community theater in cultivating residents,community participation,and analyzes the problems that may arise in the process of using "community theater" to cultivate residents'participation in practice.From the perspective of field theory,this paper analyzes which fields of community are touched,which problems are involved and which changes are promoted in the process of establishing community theater,and discusses the influence of community field changes on community participation.Using the theory and method of social work,reconstructing "community theater",designing "community theater",relying on community public space,expressing community story in the form of drama,allowing community residents to participate in the process of performing and watching.Self-awakening in the discussion of community issues of drama performance,active concern about the situation of the community,enhancement of the enthusiasm of community participation,enhancement of the ability of self-management,self-education,self-service,self-supervision,and the development of the potential of the residents.Create a warm urban community together.This paper tries to highlight the theory and practice of "community theater",which is the embodiment of "man in the scene" and "field theory",and also contains the essence of community social work.It is an important practice form to cultivate community participation of community residents,and it is also an attempt to construct the theory and practice for the localization of social work.
