The Present Situation And Promotion Strategy Of Urban Residents’ Community Activity Participation

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,people’s living standards and quality of life have gradually changed.More attention has been paid to the improvement of their own cultural literacy and spiritual level,and the cultivation of hobbies has become the focus of attention.With the accelerated development of urbanization,urban communities as an important object of concern and an important component of social development,the development of urban communities has become the focus of attention of the current society.As a member of the urban community,the urban community is an important place and channel for residents to participate in.Therefore,the measurement of the participation degree of urban community residents can be said to be an important reference index for the development of national and social civilization.Enhancing residents’ participation,changing their awareness and attitude of participation,cultivating residents’ sense of ownership,actively participating in community activities and community affairs,and expressing their wishes,thus promoting the development and progress of the community are the subjects worth studying at present,and the reasons for the final determination of the topic of graduation thesis.This paper mainly consists of four parts.Firstly,it elaborates the theoretical basis,research ideas and research methods adopted in this paper;secondly,it investigates the current situation of residents’ participation in community activities in H community.It evaluates residents’ participation through five aspects: the breadth,frequency,depth,attitude and validity of participation,and understands the basic situation of community and residents’ participation through participation observation and interview.Then on this basis,it summarizes the existing problems in the community.Thirdly,from the point of view of the problem,using the methods of community social work and the involvement of social workers to explore the practical operation of the professional methods of social work for influencing the participation of community residents.By organizing a series of activities,it can meet the needs of residents,stimulate their enthusiasm for participation,and achieve the purpose of improving the participation of residents.Finally,according to the development of the activities,to explore the next community work countermeasures and suggestions.
