Research On Illegal Parking Problems In Central Urban Areas

With the continuous improvement of national economic income,people's life style,life concept and quality of life have changed greatly.Some of the "luxuries"have already entered the ordinary people's home,becoming the necessities of life,and one of them is the motor vehicle.In recent years,the number of motor vehicles in China has been growing in a jump type.Compared with the urban management and infrastructure construction,the urban traffic situation has not been able to develop synchronously,which has caused the urban traffic situation to be overwhelmed.The problem of violation has become an important social development problem in the major cities.Zhongshan District is the core urban area of Dalian City.This paper aims to provide reasonable suggestions for urban traffic management by investigating the status quo of parking management in Zhongshan District.This paper first studies and expounds the relevant theories of domestic and foreign literature,research results,urban governance and parking management,which lays a theoretical foundation for this article.On the basis of general survey,parking lot configuration and parking management status in Zhongshan District,this paper sets up a survey questionnaire aimed at the natural attributes and parking behavior decision of the vehicle driver,the use of parking space,and the law of the occurrence of parking phenomenon,in order to analyze and study the violation in an all-round way.The cause of the behavior and the influencing factors.The results show that in the natural property of the driver,economic income is the only factor affecting parking behavior,which is reflected in the change and restriction of parking fee and fine collection on driver's parking behavior;women pay more attention to the safety of parking environment than men,and men pay more attention to the convenience of parking compared with women's sex;In the demand of the field,the parking fee and parking lot are the main factors of the driver's first comprehensive consideration.The intelligence of the parking lot has not been paid attention to.In the historical investigation of the violation behavior,the male is obviously more than the female.The main reason is that there is no parking space,that is,the limited supply of parking space is the main factor that leads to the violation.At present,the punishment for illegal parking has not been sufficiently disciplining in the acceptable scope.The final conclusion is that the behavior of vehicle violation is mainly determined by the supply capacity of parking facilities,the enforcement of traffic regulations and the level of punishment,the economic level and moral consciousness of the people.After the actual investigation,this paper analyzes and draws lessons from the advanced idea and method of parking management at home and abroad,and puts forward that the future development trend of the city is to rely on the construction of intelligent city and vigorously develop the modern parking lot with stereoscopic,intensive,Mechanic Automation,intelligence and information,and point out that only from the modern parking lot.In order to effectively reduce the incidence of parking violations and effectively protect urban traffic,several aspects affecting drivers' parking behavior should be improved simultaneously.Finally,according to the field investigation and theoretical analysis,combined with the status quo of parking management in Dalian,put forward feasible and targeted rationalization proposals.
