Study On The Management Of Sidewalk Illegal Parking Of Ouhai District Of Wenzhou City

With the rapid growth of domestic economy,the living standards of residents are increasing,and the number of personal motor vehicles is also increasing.The pressure of urban traffic environment can not be ignored.Especially in recent years,the problem of illegal parking on the sidewalk has become more serious.Sidewalk violation has great social harmfulness,which not only affects the appearance of the city,but also brings inconvenience to the residents' lives,and easily leads to traffic accidents.It may also cause unnecessary social conflicts and even destroy the dynamic and static traffic balance to a certain extent.For this purpose,this paper takes pedestrian street management as the research topic.By means of literature induction,investigation and comparative analysis,this paper investigates the current situation of pedestrian parking management in the area of Wuhan City,analyzes the main problems and causes,and puts forward the countermeasures to promote the regulation of pedestrian sidewalk based on the advanced experience of other cities in China.In order to provide valuable decision-making reference for relevant departments.The first and second parts of the paper elaborate the research on parking management at home and abroad,illustrate the significance of the research on parking violation management on sidewalks,define the concepts of sidewalks and illegal parking,elaborate the new public management theory and multi-center governance theory,and lay a theoretical foundation for this study.The third,fourth part of the paper investigates the current situation of Pedestrian Suspension Management in the area,describes the desirable and inadequacies of the relevant management measures of the law enforcement authorities on the sidewalk violation,sums up the main problems existing in the management of pedestrian sidewalks in the area,and analyzes the main causes of the problems.The fifth,sixth part of the thesis combines the experience of the advanced pedestrian sidewalk management in other cities in China andthe results of the questionnaire analysis,and suggests that we should strengthen the positive public opinion propaganda,guide the public participation in illegal parking management,accelerate the development of public transport,improve the urban traffic structure,and make full use of policy advantages and technological means to improve the supply and utilization rate of parking resources.In order to improve the problems existing in the management of illegal parking on sidewalks,we should do a good job in law enforcement and improve the management level of illegal parking on sidewalks.
