On The Criminal Regulations Of Terrorism Crimes

Nowadays,terrorism crimes occur frequently all over the world,and the harmful consequences caused by such crimes can not be underestimated.China,as the largest developing country,adheres to the socialist rule of law and safeguards national security and social stability has become an inevitable requirement.Under this background,whether it is due to the historical trend of globalization or to the actual requirements of the specific conditions of our socialist country,vigorously combating terrorist crimes is the only way of our criminal law.Although our criminal law clearly stipulates the related charges of terrorism,with the development of the times,terrorist crimes become more and more changeable,which puts forward higher requirements for the provisions of our criminal law on such crimes.On the basis of defining "terrorism crime",this paper lists and analyses the current criminal legislation and judicial situation,and then deeply analyses the existing problems in the current criminal law from the legislative and judicial perspectives,and puts forward its own suggestions on improving the legislation and judicial level,with a view to promoting the further improvement of the criminal law protection system of terrorism crime in China.
