Research On The Development Strategy Of Urban Private Elderly Care Institution H Apartment For The Elderly

At present,the aging of population has become an extremely serious social problem in China and even all the world,which seriously affects the development of China's social economy and other aspects.The enormous pressure of population aging is testing the ability of the society to provide for the aged.In addition to guaranteeing the basic life of the elderly,the elderly need a large number of professional nursing services suitable for many aspects such as psychological medicine.We will actively respond to the crisis and challenges brought about by the aging population and vigorously develop the elderly care service system.First,we will adhere to government leadership,encourage social participation,increase policy support and strengthen industrial guidance.Private pension service institutions,as one of the providers of pension services,can effectively make up for the deficiencies of government and market providers and promote the effective complementarity and cooperation between government market and society.This article mainly uses the literature research method questionnaire survey method and the interview method.On the basis of mastering a lot of basic data of private pension service institutions in Dezhou and combining with the research on literature and related theories,the development status of H apartment for the aged was investigated in depth.Based on the SWOT-PEST model,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems of private pension service institutions in the case of H senior apartment,and the factors affecting its development,and discusses the strategic development strategies and approaches.At the same time,the paper puts forward suggestions for the sustainable development of private pension service institutions in texas under the background of the increasing demand of institutional pension service.The conclusion shows that,on the one hand,this paper can provide practical reference for the research and issuance of relevant policies of private pension service institutions in Dezhou,and guide the private pension service institutions in the city to enter the stage of healthy development.On the other hand,it can be promoted as a typical experience to the development of the same type of private pension service institutions in this city and other medium-sized cities in the third and fourth lines.
