The Political Logic Of China's Anti-corruption

Corruption is the "cancer of politics".Corruption governance is an ever-lasting political issue.Compared with the traditional corruption,the contemporary emerging corruption is more complex and hidden.The governance of corruption needs not only a broader political vision,but also to be included in the whole political development agenda of the country.This study takes "the political logic of China's anti-corruption" as the research object,proposes an analytical framework,perspective the political process of anti-corruption since the reform and opening up,explores the political logic of corruption governance,and explores the law of China's political development.Firstly,on the basis of defining the core concepts of corruption,politics and Chinese politics,and interpreting the theory of national clean government system,this paper proposes a theoretical analysis framework integrating determination,education,system,supervision and rule of law.Then,using the proposed analytical framework,from the five aspects of corruption characteristics,anti-corruption philosophy,anti-corruption policy,anticorruption events,anti-corruption characteristics,respectively perspective the reform and opening up to the market economy,and then to the new era of the three stages of anti-corruption evolution trajectory.From the perspective of the characteristics of corruption,it starts from the worship of money,from the penetration of the principle of Commodity Exchange,and from the interweaving of corruption,political problems and other social contradictions.The party and the state are capable of gradually overcoming and eventually eliminating corruption.Any corrupt elements must be severely punished.From the perspective of anti-corruption policies,education,legal system and supervision should be carried out in order to build a system of punishment and prevention of corruption that pays equal attention to education,system and supervision,and promote the legalization and standardization of anti-corruption.Seen from the typical cases of anti-corruption,the first leading ministerial-level cadre was sentenced for corruption since the reform and opening up,the first vice national cadre was sentenced for corruption,and the first leading ministerial-level cadre was sentenced for corruption.From the characteristics of anti-corruption,we can see that from mass movement to legal construction,from legal construction to legal construction,and from legal construction to legal construction.Furthermore,it reveals the multiple political logic of anti-corruption in China from five aspects: political value,political power,political participation,political culture and political development.The political value logic of anti-corruption is to promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the party under the guidance of Marxism.The political power logic of anti-corruption is to strengthen the party's centralized and unified leadership of anti-corruption through reform;The logic of political participation in anti-corruption is to exercise power under the sun and exert people's supervision.The political cultural logic of anti-corruption is to promote the political socialization with the education of honesty and political morality.The political logic of anti-corruption is that the leadership of the party,the position of the people as masters of the country and the rule of law are organically integrated.Obviously,this multiple political logic of anti-corruption is also an integral part of the law of political development in China.
