Research On The Issue Of Smart Home Care Services

With the aging of China's population,the issue of old-age care has become the focus of attention from all walks of life.It is urgent to seek a way out for the elderly.Due to the weakening of the family pension function and the shortcomings of institutional pension,the home pension has gradually become the main old-age service model in China.However,in the specific operation process,the problem of traditional home-based care for the elderly is becoming more and more prominent,and it is no longer able to meet the diversified pension needs of the elderly.It is an inevitable trend for the elderly to become smart.Under the background of the rapid development of modern science and technology such as the Internet and the Internet of Things,smart pension provides a new way of thinking for solving the problem of worldwide pension,and it is a new way to solve the problem of aging.The deep integration of smart old-age care and home-based care provides a new tool for solving the dilemma of traditional home-based care,helping to improve the old-age service system and enhancing the sense of participation,well-being and happiness of the elderly.Although smart home care has been practiced for some time,it still belongs to the initial stage.A series of development bottlenecks such as low resource utilization and lagging information platform construction need to be broken.Based on past research results,this paper has done the following work.Firstly,based on the domestic and foreign literatures on the wisdom of home care services,the advantages and disadvantages of literature research are summarized.Then the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,welfare pluralism and social embedded theory are used as the theoretical basis of the thesis.Use literature research and case analysis to guide thesis writing.Secondly,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the development of smart home care in China.It is concluded that the traditional home-based care service model has poor communication of information,the supply and demand of old-age services are not matched,the lack of effective integration of resources,and the low degree of socialization.Effective evaluation and feedback mechanisms,and smart home care services can use modern science and technology to solve the above problems,thereby improving service efficiency and service quality.On this basis,it analyzes the feasibility of the development of smart home care services from the political,economic and technical fields.The empirical research found that the smart home care service of Y communityin Shandong Province has the following problems: the content of smart home care service is single;the service supervision and evaluation mechanism is not perfect;the public public knowledge and participation is low;the intelligence and information level are low.Through in-depth study of these issues,the reasons for these problems are analyzed from four aspects:lack of policies and industry standards,difficulty in resource integration,insufficient promotion and promotion,and lack of elderly service personnel.Finally,specific and feasible measures are proposed for the healthy development of smart home care services.First,we must give full play to the government's macro-guidance,standardization and coordination,do top-level design and planning,and provide a relaxed development environment for smart home-based care.Second,we must guide market competition,optimize business models,and use commercialized operations to optimize service quality and improve.Service level;Third,we must mobilize social forces,expand the service team,create a good atmosphere for smart home care services,and change the concept of old-age care for children and the elderly;Fourth,we must improve the capacity of community self-government,give full play to the comprehensive role of the community,and help the elderly to be faster.Accept smart home care services.
