A Study On Operation Mode And Construction Of Home Old-age Wisdom Service System

With the advent of a comprehensive aging society in our country,the issue of pension has become the focus of the government,family and society.It is an urgent need to find a way to solve the problems caused by aging.Under the rapid development of information and communication technology and China's inherent national conditions,the home old-age service mode has gradually become China's major pension service mode.However,in the specific operation process,due to the fragmentation and instability of home care services,home care services urgently need informationbased construction and smart operation.Under the current environment of home care smart operation,agencies compete with each other,the resources that serve the old are in the poor use,most of SMEs are weak in platform building under the pressure of capital,government have a low level in grasping the pension service industry information and they cannot make policy and decision scientifically.In view of the complicated problems existing in the smart operation of home old-age care in our country,building a home-based wisdom service system and operation model with the service and management functions that can assist the government in managing and making decisions,promoting the healthy development of the home-care service industry,and integrating the social services resources in the region.Using comparative analysis method,the paper introduces the main modes of home old-age wisdom care services at home and abroad,takes Natali Company and SuoKu Company as examples to carry on the case study,and summarizes the experience of development based on the analysis of the current situation including designing service project content on the basis of the actual needs,providing human services,emphasizing on the development of training and education function,integrating and managing volunteers through the platform and adhering to the multiple subjects to participate in home old-age care service network.Taking Qinhuai District of Nanjing as an example,the paper uses the multiplication scale method to calculate the weights on the basis of questionnaire survey,and analyzes the content of home-based care services hierarchically.Based on the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of results,we built a home old-age wisdom care service system and operation mode,analyze and design the home care intelligent service platform,and on this basis put forward countermeasures and suggestions from government and service agencies for promoting the development of home care wisdom services.
