Research On The Cultural Identity Of Rule Of Law In The New Era

The rule of law culture is the spiritual core advocated by the Party Central Committee as the core of Comrade Xi Jinping's overall promotion of ruling the country according to law.It is not only an advanced way of ruling the rule of law,but also a scientific way of thinking in the rule of law and a civilized way of exercising the rule of law.The "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Comprehensively Advancing Several Major Issues Concerning the Rule of Law" adopted by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee for the first time proposed "building a socialist rule of law culture." In the report of the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping once again proposed to "build a socialist rule of law culture."
