| Rural development is the cornerstone of promoting the construction of a new social enterprise innovation system and large-scale livelihood projects in the new era.Since the "18th National Congress",with the continuous improvement of my country’s agricultural and rural systems in the new era,the integration and development of rural communities has become a new trend of rural revitalization,an important part of the grassroots social governance system,and the only way for the integrated development of urban and rural areas.The paper takes the research on the integration and development of rural communities in Yueqing City,Zhejiang Province as the research object.Through field visits and investigations,it is found that Yueqing City has made great achievements in promoting the integration of rural communities,rural community construction and management service innovation in the process of rural community integration and development.Some achievements have been made and a solid foundation has been laid for the integrated development of rural communities.In social life,through the integration of social lifestyles,all aspects of social life,such as resident services,environmental sanitation,and resolution of conflicts and disputes,become more orderly and effective;The integration of residents has enhanced the sense of social identity of the residents.At the same time,it has also innovated the construction of rural community management service system and the operation mechanism of rural community management.The standardized construction of rural communities has been completed,and the multi-channel promotion of the construction of concentrated residential areas in rural communities has achieved remarkable results.The rural community service system has been gradually improved,and policies guide social forces to participate in rural areas Community construction,the advantages of community characteristic development have been further enhanced.However,through specific case analysis,we also found the existing problems and reasons,such as unclear self-positioning of the community,insufficient funds for independent operation of the community,low recognition of mass participation,lack of momentum for community integration and development,and imperfect community service system.Discuss these problems and reasons,refer to relevant literature research,visit and investigate rural communities,make policy improvements and corresponding system guarantees for further integration of rural communities,put forward corresponding countermeasures and improvement strategies,and rely on the government’s support for new rural communities The management carries out top-level design,and strengthens the governance of the community by establishing a grid-based management organization structure under the leadership of the party building,a precise and convenient rural community handling process,and improving the rural community management service system;The resources of various economic cooperatives promote the integrated development of rural community economy and culture,etc.,and provide reference opinions for higher-level relevant departments in making decisions about the integrated development of rural communities. |
