Applied Research On The Combination Of Mass Work And Social Work In The Construction Of Rural Communities

Since the sixth Plenary session of the 16 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in 2006,"actively promote the construction of rural communities" has been carried out in China for more than ten years.However,the mode and method of rural community construction are still in the stage of exploration and development because of the variety and complexity of the rural community construction.As a basic method of the Party's work,mass work has accumulated rich experience in rural work.Social work,as a professional force,is the result of the appeal and promotion of the government in the construction of the rural community,which mainly plays a professional service role in the construction of the rural community.Put mass work and social work in the main body,the idea,Methods,contents and other aspects are combined in the construction of rural communities,so that both sides can absorb and learn from each other's advantages in combination,learn from each other's strengths,promote the localization of social work,and at the same time make the idea of mass work more professional,and the method can be more specialized.So that they can concentrate on the construction of rural communities.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is an introduction,which mainly discusses the background and significance of this paper,clarifies the relevant definitions,and clarifies the research methods used in this paper and the related research both at home and abroad.In the second part,the author analyzes the application of mass work and social work in the construction of rural communities,and discusses their application in rural communities.Construction of the main practices,practical effectiveness and limitations.The third chapter is the theoretical analysis and case analysis of the combination of mass work and social work in the construction of rural communities.The theoretical analysis mainly analyzes the necessity and concrete points that the combination of mass work and social work can be applied to the construction of rural communities.Taking X village in Suichuan County of Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper discusses the reasons and existing problems of the construction of rural community in Suichuan County,Jiangxi Province.In the aspects of subject,idea,method,content and skill,this paper combines the mass work with social work,and discusses the advantages and limitations of the combination of the two to participate in the rural community.The fourth part is the summary and reflection,according to their own reality Practice and research,put forward their own suggestions on the combination of mass work and social work in the construction of rural communities.The combination of mass work and social work is a new method and the new idea is applied to the construction of rural communities,and its effectiveness has also been confirmed in this study.Practice and research show that the combination of them in the construction of rural communities can effectively make up for the defects of their involvement in the construction of rural communities,and can promote the localization of social work and the professionalization of mass work.And in this process better service community,service villagers.
