Combination Of Mass Work And Social Work And Strengthening Cultural Identity Of Rural Community

Mass work combined with social work research increasingly in recent years, relevant theory also gradually mature. At the end of may,2015, general office of the central committee of the communist party of China, issued by the general office of the state council on deepening the rural community construction pilot guidance, file put forward eight tasks, and points out that in the process of work to play the role of social work and the party member the leading cadre. The file for the mass work combined with social work research provide real support, in this paper, using the eight tasks of strengthening rural community cultural identity as a point for research.In the study, mainly through theory and practice research to demonstrate the effectiveness of the mass work and social work. Key points out five aspects of similarity theory, and summarise the combination the possibility and necessity, thus provided a theoretical basis for the meaning of the topic. Practice to choose the experiences of practice content, at the same time for strengthening rural community cultural identity to try hard. On the influence factors of culture, emphatically summarized the domestic several main point of view, and based on analysis the five factors.Through the study, the use of mass work combined with social work can effectively strengthen the rural community cultural identity, but because of many realistic factors, there exist certain disadvantages to the study. In the process of social development in the future, to attach importance to the combination of mass work and social work, focus on application to the actual problem solving and services in the people’s livelihood.
