Research On The Construction Of Anti-corruption And Advocacy In The Soviet-Chinese Anti-Japanese Base Area

During the Anti-Japanese War,The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the governments of all base areas attached great importance to the construction of anti-corruption and honesty building,and party members and cadres were required to inherit and bring into play the traditional spirit of hard struggle and maintain a clean and honest style of work.Leaders of Suzhong Anti-Japanese base areas considered the actual conditions of base areas and explored the effective anti-corruption construction,guided by the basic theory of Marxist anti-corruption and honesty building and the documents and instructions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.They analysed the causes of corruption and put forward a series of measures for building a clean government,forming a set of anti-corruption and honest building system in base areas,which is the crystallization of the wisdom of The Communist Party of China's thought of collective anti-corruption and honest building.If it is utilized and perfected,it can promote the construction and development of anti-corruption and honesty building at present.This article seeks to examine and explore the practice process of anti-corruption and honesty building practice from the perspective of the Sinification of Marxism,combining the Marxist theory of anti-corruption and honesty building with the concrete practice of anti-corruption and honesty building in Suzhong Anti-Japanese base areas.And then,the Communist Party of China gained the experience of anti-corruption and honesty building in Suzhong Anti-Japanese base areas to summarize and refine the historical experience and realistic enlightenment of anti-corruption and honesty building.Not only can we have a more comprehensive understanding of the historical silhouette of the anti-corruption and honesty building in Suzhong Anti-Japanese base areas,but also we can interpret a specific practice of the Sinification of Marxism more concretely and vividly.Four parts are involved in this article.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the significance of the topic,the current research status in academic circles,the research methods and innovations of the papers,and so on.The second part elaborates the theoretical origin of the construction of anti-corruption and honesty building in the Suzhong Anti-Japanese base areas,the classical writers of Marxism-Leninism and the theoretical basis of anti-corruption and honesty building in Chinese traditional culture.The third part comprehensively discusses the natural environment and domestic and international situation of anti-corruption and honesty construction in the Suzhong Anti-Japanese base areas.The fourth part set forth the necessary requirements of anti-corruption and honesty building in the Suzhong Anti-Japanese base areas.The fifth part mainly analyses the concrete measures,such as strengthening the ideological education of Party members and cadres' honesty and the construction of incorrupt government system,reinforceing supervision and restriction,and resolutely punishing corruption,during the anti-corruption and honesty building in the Suzhong Anti-Japanese base areas.The sixth part summarizes the historical experience and practical enlightenment of anti-corruption and honesty building in the Suzhong Anti-Japanese base areas,with a view to providing experience for contemporary anti-corruption and honesty building.
