Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Management Of Law Firms In Suqian

In the process of the rule of law in China,the development of the lawyer industry embodies the level of the rule of law in the country.As the carrier and platform of social lawyers'practice,law firms have developed into the main body of providing all-round legal services to the society.In September 2016,the Ministry of Justice promulgated the Law Firm Management Measures,which further clarified the administrative management and industry management system for law firms.Since Suqian was founded in 1996,especially in recent years,with the rapid development of the city's economy,the lawyer industry has also made considerable progress,but there are many problems in the external management of law firms.On the one hand,the centralization of administrative power has seriously affected the rapid development of law firms;on the other hand,the function of law associations has been weakened and excessive dependence on judicial administrative machinery.Guan,can not provide better industry guidance.The main reasons for these problems are imperfect management system,lagging management system and mechanism,low professional management level,and traditional management mode still occupies the mainstream.The decision of the CPC Central Committee to comprehensively promote the rule of law puts forward new requirements and objectives for legal workers,including lawyers.This also puts forward new requirements for Suqian Law Firm and new opportunities for the development of law firms.This paper outlines the management status of law firms in China,combs the development process of law firms in Suqian City,analyses the management status quo of law firms in Suqian Judicial Bureau and Suqian City Lawyers Association,and analyses the reasons for diagnosing problems.On the basis of referring to the relevant management experience at home and abroad,and combining with China's National conditions,it puts forward the joint management of judicial administrative organs and lawyers'associations,and employs lawyers Suggestions on the management of associations.To promote the healthy and rapid development of the industry as a whole,and to make new contributions to the overall promotion of the rule of law in the city and the construction of the rule of law Suqian.
