Research On The Modernization Of The National Governance System From The Perspective Of The Transformation Of Major Social Contradictions

The main social contradiction is a social problem that needs to be solved in the process of national and social development,and whether it is properly resolved or not has a decisive role in the future development of the country and society.The determination of the principal contradiction in society is not a value judgment,but rather a judgment of experience and practice.Since modern times,the correct judgment of the main contradictions in society has always been the key factor that affects the future of the nation.The transformation of the major social contradictions in the new era has elevated "meeting the needs of the people for a better life" and "addressing unbalanced and inadequate development" to the height of a new development strategy.This transformation shows that it is not only backward social production that can not meet people's increasing material and cultural needs,but also needs for a better life on the basis of addressing imbalances and inadequate development.The main goals of national governance are three: sustainable economic development,improvement of people's living standards,and continuous stability.The modernization of state governance is an important part of the modernization of political development,and it is also the fifth modernization proposed in the process of national development after the "four modernizations." Therefore,the proposal and promotion of the modernization of state governance is,to some extent,a response to the current major contradictions in society.From the perspective of political system analysis,social contradictions include the needs and requirements of the people.They can be classified into "input".In the process of national governance,a series of policies and measures are adopted,which belongs to "output." The transformation of the main contradiction,that is,one end of the "input," has changed,and naturally some new requirements have been put forward for the end of the "output."On the basis of analyzing the basic connotation of the major contradictions in the new era and the modernization of national governance,this paper combs out the historical process of the evolution of the major contradictions in our society.The paper mainly explains some problems of promoting the modernization of the National governance system under the view of transforming the main social contradictions.These include,inter alia,the fragmentation of social classes,the imbalance in development between regions and the question of how to continue to maintain socio-political stability.On the basis of the historical experience of some countries in dealing with social contradictions and national governance crisis during the transition period,the author draws some basic thoughts on the transformation and modernization of national governance system.In the new era,it is a long and arduous task to promote the modernization of the National governance system around resolving major social contradictions.In the new era,the modernization of the National governance system should be based on the solution of the main contradictions in the current society and be unified in the general process of advancing the modernization of national governance.Under the new historical conditions,the continuous improvement of the state governance system and system is also an urgent requirement for the establishment of a socialist modern power in the middle of this century and the realization of the Chinese dream of epic renewal of the Chinese nation.
