Research On My Country's Network Information Security Governance From The Perspective Of Risk Society

The development of the Internet and big data technology has changed the traditional way of information storage,use and dissemination,making it more convenient and fast for people to collect and use information.But the network technology itself has certain risks,in the process of network informatization,there will be serious security problems such as information leakage,which seriously damage the interests of the state,social organizations and the public.Therefore,the research and construction of network information security guarantee system is of great significance for accelerating the process of network informatization and safeguarding the interests of the state,social organizations and the public.This paper first explains the basic concepts of information security,network information security governance and the basic theories of multi-cooperative governance,risk society and cyberspace governance.Secondly,through the method of literature,from the collection,storage and use of network information three aspects,pointed out the current network information security hidden dangers;Based on the theory of risk society,this paper analyzes the causes of hidden security risks in network information from four aspects:risk awareness,organization mechanism,relevant norms and operation mechanism.Through case analysis and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the network information security education in the United States and network information security organizations in the United Kingdom,and summarizes the experience of foreign network information security governance from three aspects:strategy,management and technology.Finally,on this basis,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on the construction of network information security governance system,including improving risk awareness,perfecting organizational mechanism,perfecting relevant laws and regulations,and optimizing operation mechanism.Therefore,based on the perspective of risk society theory,this paper explores the governance path of network information security,in order to provide beneficial Suggestions for the healthy development of network information society.
