An Exploration Of Smart, Healthy And Elderly Care From The Perspective Of Integrated Care

The absolute pressure caused by the growing cardinal number of aging people and the relative pressure caused by the transmutation of the family structure are urgent.A revolution of new retirement pattern is peremptorily needed.To be viewed from policy perspective,In 2017,The policy of smart-health retirement has been implied in China.Focus on the policy practice,this paper first discussed the domestic and foreign academic background of Intelligent Retirement and Smart Home Care.Based on background,this paper discussed the development of smart-health retirement both in theory and in practice and figures out the conceptual system of smart health retirement.In additional,this paper used empirical method to discuss the first pilot street of smart-health retirement policy and trying to figure out the practice experience why it succeed to declare the pilot'?From macro and meso view,this paper choses the intergovernmental relationship as breakthrough point.Creatively figures out the essence of vertical Project System from 'risk-power' view,which is different from Bureaucracy theory.Discussed the essence of the horizontal Public-Private-Partnership from trust view and the outer ring or the inter ring of smart-health retirement.To be viewed from micro view,this paper choses the elderly people from 'XiaoSu Street' as subjects in the study and used the quantitative research method to discuss the potential factors which may influence the aspiration of policy.Based on these three conclusions,this paper fits the theorical path from smart retirement and smart healthcare to Combination of medical treatment and maintenance finally to 'Integrated Care'.Besides of this,this paper correspond to the three dimensions in 'Integrated Caring' from empiricaL view.Based on these two paths,this paper creativity put forward the concept of 'Smart Integrated caring retirement pattern',discusses possibility of this new retirement pattern from the basic characteristics and path views and the improvement of smart-health retirement policy.
