Since President Xi put forward the "One Belt And One Road" initiative in September 2013,China has been committed to achieving common development of all countries in accordance with the principle of "extensive consultation,joint contribution and Shared benefits".Today,the promotion of "One Belt And One Road" construction has achieved more than expected results.According to statistics,by the end of March 2019,China had signed 173 cooperation documents with 125 countries and 29 international organizations;From 2013 to 2018,China's total trade volume in goods with countries along “One Belt And One Road ”exceeded us $6 trillion.;The AIIB,The Silk Road Fund and other cooperation mechanisms and platforms have been set up to raise the level of economic and trade cooperation among countries along“One Belt And One Road ”.“One Belt And One Road” is China's plan to promote global openness and cooperation,improve the global economic governance system,and promote common development and prosperity of the world.China's neighboring countries are the priority of “One Belt And One Road”,and Myanmar is one of them.This paper selects Myanmar,a node country on "One Belt And One Road",and deeply analyzes the development of relations between China and Myanmar under the "One Belt And One Road" perspective.On the basis of explaining the interdependence of relations between big countries and small countries,we have a more clear understanding of the complexity of China's surrounding environment.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,data analysis and comparative analysis to demonstrate.Specifically,the first part of this paper is an introduction,including the background and significance of the topic,research status,research content and methods,innovation and deficiencies.The second part is the related theories of “One Belt And One Road” and China-Myanmar relations,including the concept interpretation of “One Belt And One Road”,the interpretation of relevant theories and the general situation of China-Myanmar relations.The third part is the new development of China-Myanmar relations from the perspective of“One Belt And One Road”,including the traditional bilateral cooperation modebetween China and Myanmar,the strategic significance of China-Myanmar relations development from the perspective of “One Belt And One Road” and the new development of China-Myanmar relations.The fourth part examines the factors affecting China-Myanmar relations from the perspective of “One Belt And One Road”,including micro factors,macro factors and the influence of great power game on China-Myanmar relations.The fifth part is the path selection to promote the development of China-Myanmar relations from the perspective of “One Belt And One Road”and the prospect of China-Myanmar relations.
