At present,researches on the young pioneers pay less attention to the young pioneers squadron and its autonomous and autonomous ability training,so this study mainly focuses on how primary school students develop their independent development ability in the activities of the squadron.Autonomous development ability is the ability to develop oneself independently,so that they can grow and progress,including self-reliance,self-care,self-discipline,self-confidence and introspection theses five dimensions.This research focus on the cultivation of primary school students' autonomous ability in squadron activities,refers to the young pioneers to self growth and play in the squadron organization,improve their ability and level,better expand their knowledge of the interface.It is the group autonomy of the young pioneers at the team level,rather than the individual autonomy of the young pioneers.Construction based on this concept,this study selected Guangzhou S primary school as a typical case,with 352 pupils,parents and teachers in the third,fourth and fifth grades,using questionnaires(152 pupils &27 teachers)and interviews(148 pupils,16 teachers & 9 parents),has carried on the field research,widely collect the relevant squadron autonomous files,text,images and video,and the counselor's note,squadron autonomous create log and players,zhouji etc,and on the basis of the mechanism and effect of the young pioneers squadron autonomy of specific and comprehensive analysis.Through data analysis,we can found that:(1)S primary school to promote young pioneers squadron autonomy,mainly to solve the problems faced in the school development,meet the needs of students autonomous development,but also the needs of the young pioneers organization construction.(2)From the inside,the school's self-government is mainly self-reliant,self-care,self-disciplined,self-confident and introspective.(3)From the external relations,the adjustment of the mechanism of the school through the school,the platform of the building andthe role of the squadron instructor educations and so on,gives squadron more autonomy,and constantly enhance their ability of self-government.(4)The self-government of the young pioneers helps the formation of the players' political ideas,strengthens their sense of belonging to the young pioneers,and helps to develop their public spirit and autonomous ability.Based on these findings,this study believes that promoting self-government of young pioneers is an exploratory practice to deepen the work of the young pioneers.Through a case study of S primary school,you can see,to further pushing forward the construction of the young pioneers squadron autonomy requires of the young pioneers squadron autonomy is embedded based logic,practical and focus on the following aspects:(1)The young pioneers squadron autonomy has the characteristics of "autonomy",need schools and reasonable guidance counselor.(2)The self-government of the young pioneers should coordinate the team relations,clarify the boundary between the construction of the squadron and the management of the class,and achieve effective division.(3)The self-government of the young pioneers should give full play to its comprehensive value to the development of students.
