A Survey Of The Status Of Cooperation Among Young Pioneers In The Young Pioneers Activities

Young pioneer activities as the main form of pioneer education,with "group treatment alone" special feature.Make full use of the young pioneers activities effectively to develop Children and Juvenile's sense of cooperation,improving Children and Juvenile's skills of cooperation,so as to achieve the objective of developing Children and Juvenile's ability to work.Proven young pioneer activities and cooperation in capacity development based on literature studies,questionnaires,interviews,6 counsellors of 6 primary and secondary schools in the city and 1160 children study.Analysis of development situation of Children and Juvenile's work,young pioneer activities,explore the young pioneers to promote cooperation in capacity development activities proposed for cooperation in capacity development activities of young pioneers thinking recommendations.Survey results show that:1)higher levels of Children and Juvenile's work as a whole,scores of different capacity and cooperation is unlikely.Among them,cooperation in higher levels of cognitive and interpersonal dimensions development,cooperation,conflict management and emotional dimension of development is moderate,in organizational leadership and low levels of emotional dimension of development cooperation.2)Young pioneers work no differences in gender in different nationalities have different on different groups,different team grades,young pioneers,different levels of education of young pioneers has significant differences in ability to work.3)Importance to young pioneer activities,education,community education,primary and secondary activities goes on has a great influence on the development of Children and Juvenile's ability to work.4)"all boys team" philosophy of education to be implemented,Children and Juvenile's participation in young pioneer activities and motivation needs to be improved,the dominant position of children in the young pioneers activities needs to be strengthened.The basis of these findings,the young pioneer activities to promote Children and Juvenile's thoughts and suggestions on the development of cooperation: Change the concept of education,strengthen the cooperation ability point;rich connotation of activities,enhance the effectiveness of cooperation to develop perfect system,improving the cooperation ability of students of science;innovative evaluation method of empowerment education training cooperation.
