Research On The Impact Of Venture Philanthropy On The Standardization Of Social Organizations

With the rapid development of economy and society,the government’s role in social governance is more and more specific,but the government itself has some shortcomings in the supply of social services.The government urgently needs to change its functions,so it pays more and more attention to the role of social organizations in providing public services.Therefore,the standardized development of social organizations becomes more and more important.The government adopts the form of public welfare venture capital to absorb social organizations to provide social services.Public welfare venture capital is a brand new concept and operation mode of social public welfare development,which can be called venture capital in public welfare field.As the carrier of the implementation of public welfare venture capital,social organizations play an important role in the operation of projects,and their development path and prospects have attracted much attention.Therefore,exploring the impact of public welfare venture capital on the standardization of social organizations is conducive to accumulating experience for the development of social organizations in Liaoning and Shenzhen regions.Under the guidance of empowerment theory and governance theory,this study combines semi-structured interviews,case studies and questionnaire survey.Firstly,it deeply analyses the relationship between public venture capital and social organizations,and clarifies that public venture capital is an effective way for social organizations to participate in social governance,while social organizations are the carriers of public venture capital activities.Secondly,it combs out the path for social organizations to participate in social governance,that is,the basic situation of public welfare venture capital in T district.The purpose and significance,general situation and main characteristics of the activities are introduced in detail.Then take the first public welfare venture capital in T District of Shenyang as an example to analyze the standardization of social organizations before participating in public welfare venture capital,and elaborate the standardization effect of social organizations after participating in public welfare venture capital,including theachievements of social organizations in the structure of service personnel,project process and transparency of financial management.At the same time,it also finds the standardization construction of social organizations reflected by public welfare venture capital.The legal and policy environment is not clear enough,social organizations strongly rely on the government,lack of financial support,financial management is not standardized enough,and the role of volunteers is weak.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to solve these problems: perfecting the relevant laws and regulations of social organizations,straightening out the relationship between the government and social organizations,strengthening the communication between the government and social organizations,broadening the sources of funds,realizing the scientific and standardized financial management,and strengthening the recruitment and management of volunteers.In the concluding part,on the basis of the influence of public welfare venture capital on the standardization of social organizations,the author thinks from the perspective of social work specialty.Firstly,it has some enlightenment for the cultivation of professional and efficient social work organizations.Social work organizations are part of social organizations.The experience of standardized development of social organizations is also applicable to social work organizations.Secondly,it has some enlightenment to the cultivation of social work talents.Social organizations have made new demands on talents in the process of participating in social governance,and school education should be oriented by social needs.
