Research On The Influence Of Public Interest Venture On The Construction Of Social Organization Ability

Current Problems in capacity-building of social organizations present in insufficient supply of resources and lack of ability. Venture Philanthropy not only provides financial support for community organizations also influence the whole process of social organization and management operations. Cultivate demand of venture philanthropy and social organizations holding a high degree of fit character. Therefore, we want to explore the impact of social capacity building venture philanthropy organizations. It helps to promote the sustainable development of social organization.In order to understand the social capacity-building venture philanthropy organizations influence the situation, and the actual implementation of the results, this paper from the perspective of exploratory study, the analysis of the impact of venture philanthropy foundation of social status of organizational capacity building, through analysis of relevant case found venture philanthropy is not only the technical aspects of the social impact of organizational capacity building, but also affect the operation of the long-term direction of social organization and sustainable development. This article outlines and extract venture philanthropy organizations in capacity building in social problems: lack of government support, have not been effectively play the role of financial support cycle is short, easy performance and social impact of computing.In this paper, we learn from the advanced experience of the United States and Europe, and propose effective impact of venture philanthropy strategies and recommendations for capacity-building of social organizations, including the government-led top-down driven social venture philanthropy organization capacity building, public venture capital to meet the social demand for self under capacity building and the promotion of social organization, strengthening of social organizations to influence awareness of venture philanthropy and to establish monitoring and evaluation system, and hope to provide reference for China’s venture philanthropy effective capacity-building for community organizations.
