| The key to study innovation system is to learn and explore how to develop and generate economic benefits in the economic system.In a general sense,the national innovation system cannot be separated from the broad economic system for description and analysis.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,global scientific and technological innovation has entered a period of unprecedented intensity and activity.A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is reshaping the global innovation landscape and reshaping the global economic structure.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a national innovation system with "Chinese characteristics" that adapts to the national conditions and connects to the world,namely,"national innovation system with Chinese characteristics",so as to help realize the goal of building a strong country in science and technology in the world.Based on the theoretical basis of marxism scientific and technological thoughts,this paper draws lessons from some western innovation theories and combines with the road practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics to discuss the historical context,system structure and distinctive characteristics of China’s national innovation system from the perspective of historical research and institutional analysis,so as to specifically discuss the so-called "Chinese characteristics".On this basis,to evaluate the status quo of the development of China’s innovation system,and leads to some problems of the current national innovation system is not perfect,combined with the construction of national innovation system and the advanced experience at home and abroad,and defined the direction of China’s national innovation system may be improved,from the government leading,market operating,scientific intermediary support,scientific research team construction,it is concluded that the future development tendency of international innovation cooperation and the feasibility of the path of several conclusions.It mainly illustrates two issues: one is the systematization of innovation and the importance of state intervention in innovation activities;the other is to highlight the research of "Chinese characteristics" in the national innovation system with Chinese characteristics. |
