Research On The Path Of Rural Moral Governance

The "Nineteenth National Report" clearly stated that "the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy must adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,and establish and improve the system and mechanism for urban and rural integration development in accordance with the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent living.The policy system will accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas." Poverty eradication,improvement of people’s livelihood and common prosperity are the essential requirements of socialism,and also an important task of reform,opening up,and socialist modernization,and have contributed to the construction of new China.The immigrants are eager to enjoy the common development results.Along with the rapid development of all aspects of China,more and more social problems have become increasingly prominent.In recent years,citizens’ moral governance has received extensive attention.The party and the state have continuously publicized and guided the broad masses of the people to be filled with "positive energy" and socialist moral construction has been achieved.The outstanding achievements and the overall quality of the people have been greatly improved.However,there is still much room for improvement in rural moral governance,especially in the new countryside formed by large-scale personnel migration caused by large-scale projects such as the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.The issue of moral governance is imminent.The main research work of this paper has the following aspects.First of all,according to the spirit of the party’s 19 th National Congress,relevant literature and information,combined with the actual situation,understand the status quo of rural moral governance.Then,go to Luanchuan County of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project to conduct on-the-spot investigations and master first-hand information to thoroughly understand the living conditions and moral standards of local immigrants.Finally,in combination with various aspects,complete the writing of this paper.The research content of this paper is mainly divided into six parts.The first part mainly analyzes the current research background,summarizes its research significance,and analyzes the research status of domestic and foreign research on the basis of previous studies.The second part is to define the relevant basic concepts and briefly explain the immigrant villages in the middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.The third part is to conduct an on-the-spot interview and case interview with the immigration village of South-to-North Water Transfer to summarize the current situation of moral governance in immigrant villages through empirical research and individual interviews,and to analyze the moral problems of the existing.The fourth part is to analyze the reasons for the moral problems in the immigrant villages.The fifth part mainly explores the path of moral governance of immigrant villages from the status quo,problems and causes analysis,and a large amount of literature.The sixth part draws conclusions to complete the research and writing of this paper,and provides some assistance for rural moral governance.
