Research On Mongolian Graduates Returning To Their Hometowns To Start A Business

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,a large number of people from rural and pastoral areas have poured into cities and towns,accelerating the development of urbanization.At the same time,the problem of urban employment becomes increasingly prominent.Under this background,more and more college students choose to go back to their hometowns to start their own businesses and it has gradually become an important question calling for peoples attention.This thesis takes 30 Mongolian university graduates as examples and their entrepreneurial process is divided into three stages of the beginning stage,mid-term stage and rising stage.Entrepreneurial resource is seen as the most important element which throughout in the process of the development of the enterprise.Entre p reneurial resource in this paper includes cultural resource,technology resource,management resource,human resource,policy resource and capital resource.This thesis used swot analysis method to analyze how these resources influence different stage of different enterprise.On this basis,the constructive suggestion was put forwa rd from the three levels of government,schools and individuals respectively.This thesis consists of an introduction,th ree chapters and conclusion.The introduction part mainly introduces the basis of topic selection,research object,resea rch ove rview and resea rch method.Chapter 1 is followed by a description of general situation of 30 entre p reneurs.Chapter 2 analyzes the need of different entrepreneurial resources in three stages of the beginning stage,mid-term stage and rising stage respectively.Chapter3 discusses influences of cultural resource,technology resource,management resource,human resource,policy resource and capital resource for these 30 entrepreneurs using swot analysis method.
