The Research On Different Entrepreneurial Resource Needs Of University Students And The Matching Of Entrepreneurial Policies

Entrepreneurship has always played an important role in enhancing China's economic vitality,promoting economic growth and solving employment problems.With the launch of the "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation",the entrepreneurial vitality of our country has once again been pushed to a new climax.As an important part of innovation and entrepreneurship,college students have been given high expectations.However,college students are still relatively inadequate in terms of their abilities,practical experience,social resources,etc.,so currently their entrepreneurial success rate are still low.Therefore,establishing good entrepreneurial policies for college students is very important.It can provide stable support for college students,help them achieve success in their entrepreneurial projects,promote the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talents,and promote the steady and rapid development of China's economy.It is very important for college students to start their own business if they can reasonably solve the problems that college students' entrepreneurial support policies can reasonably solve,whether they can meet the needs of college students and whether they can achieve the desired goals.Through relevant studies to test and evaluate the effectiveness of college students' entrepreneurial policies,it is of positive significance for the government to improve the scientific nature of policies,avoid policy mistakes,and achieve policy expectations.This article proposes a theoretical framework for entrepreneurship development and entrepreneurship policy evaluation of college students.It researches the major resource constraints and needs in various stages of entrepreneurial development,and whether the existing college student entrepreneurial policy matches well with the resource requirements of each development stage.This article takes Hangzhou,a National Entrepreneurial Demonstration Base for College Students,as an example,and sorts out the existing college students' entrepreneurial policies in Hangzhou,and chooses the students in the Entrepreneurial College of university Students as research samples to carry out an empirical analysis.At the end of the article,it puts forward suggestions for the promotion of entrepreneurial policies for college students in Hangzhou,with the hope of increasing the effectiveness and scientificity of government's policies.
