The introduction of the "precise poverty alleviation" policy and the rural revitalization strategy put forward new standards and positioning for the development of rural construction.In the development of rural construction,farmers are increasingly required to play their own role as the main body of rural construction development.Among them,rural local volunteers can not be ignored as a new building and governance force in rural areas.This paper studies the case of local volunteers in Yangcun as a case study.Using the participatory observation method and interview method to collect data,based on the background of the emergence of volunteer service in Yangcun,the author deeply explores the internal participation of volunteers in rural areas.Motivation and external motivation,in order to seek for this research can contribute to the development of rural local volunteers,and inspire the latecomers.The intrinsic power borrowing demand hierarchy theory is divided into security demand driven,emotional and attribution demand driven,respect demand driven,self development demand driven,moral ideal drive;inner dynamic borrowing ecosystem theory is divided into the appeal of foreign volunteers,village charm individuals and The influence of grassroots organizations,the primary group and social network,and the incentive of economic interests.Finally,the dynamic characteristics of rural local volunteers are summarized,and some countermeasures for motivation cultivation are given.
