Dynamic Mechanism Research On Integrity And Uprightness Of The Leading Cadres Of Colleges And Universities

In the early 1930 s,Mao Zedong has pointed out that cadres are the decisive factor when the correct route was confirmed.Around the cadre's purity,the report of Eighteenth National Congress points out the great goal and basic requirements,which are entrusted cadres,clean government,political correctness and uprightness.Colleges and universities are the incubator of high level talents and the cradle of cultivating socialist successors.Whether the leading cadres of colleges and universities can remain honest and upright,which directly matters a lot on the implementation of the party's entrusted cadres target.If the leading cadres of colleges and universities can remain honest and upright,which can promote the development of our country's higher education enterprise orderly and realize the strategy of "four comprehensive" layout,its significance is obvious.Our party has fought against corruption strongly and consistently since the Eighteenth National Congress,which has achieved remarkable results,at the same time the doctrine also has a further study.The anti-corruption theory is very important in the national anti-corruption theory.The anti-corruption theory of colleges and universities has developed and made some progress,however,it mostly concentrated on the ideological guidance or system constituting,not on motivation research.On the basis of field investigation and top interview,our group found he achievements and problems of the leading cadres of colleges and universities in terms of integrity and uprightness,which can be analyzed from internal motivation and external motivation.On the basis of causes analysis,we can construct the integrity and uprightness mechanism of the leading cadres of colleges and universities through the core objective orientation,accurate choice of the path,the construction of internal motivation and external motivation in view of problems of the internal cause of power shortage,"False" phenomenon,improper role transformation,improper power distance,imprecise system design and illegal violations.On the construction of internal motivation,we should promote responsibility consciousness,build responsible culture,stick to discipline concept,eliminate rent-seeking,develop role consciousness,adjust the power distance.On the construction of external motivation,we should establish integrity culture,promote political ecological driving force,deepen the reform of the key areas,strengthen the integrity system of binding,pay special attention to the patrol patrol,improve curb corruption alerts,by ways of supervision,to ensure that the leading cadres of colleges and universities are of great integrity and uprightness.Thus,we can improve the whole level of integrity and uprightness of colleges and universities,fill the blank of the current theory and guide the practice.
