Study On The Motivation Problems And Countermeasures Of University Student Volunteers In Urumqi

Society calls for volunteerism,and youth needs role models to lead.Entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,with the continuous deepening of the national youth volunteers' actions,Urumqi university student volunteers have become a community building,charity,social assistance,disaster mitigation and relief,and environmental protection with their openness and participation.We will play a positive role in the field of volunteer service and make due contributions to the promotion of spiritual civilization in the capital.In view of the distinctive characteristics of the “post-90s” college student volunteer group,we will formulate and implement relevant supporting incentive systems that meet the requirements of contemporary youth,and further enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of university student volunteers,strengthen service quality,and ensure the smooth development of volunteer activities in Urumqi.It is especially important.This paper takes the volunteers of five college students in Urumqi as the research object,and expounds the results of the development and operation of the university student volunteer incentive system through the literature research method.The questionnaire survey method and interview method are used to encourage the volunteers to target the subject and object,incentive factors,The four aspects of the incentive method and the incentive system are described in the current situation,and the existing problems are identified and analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed in the four dimensions of government,society,volunteer organizations and volunteers.
