Research On The Path For Tibet To Strengthen The Construction Of The Rule Of Law Culture

The construction of the rule of law culture is an important part and internal requirement of the construction of the rule of law.At present,the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been established and the infrastructure of rule of law has been basically improved,which has laid a good foundation for further strengthening the construction of the culture of rule of law in various regions.Compared with other inland areas,the Tibet Autonomous region has many shortcomings,such as poor natural conditions and social conditions that need to be improved,but with the joint efforts of the strong leadership of the party committee of the autonomous region and the cadres and masses of the autonomous region in recent years,Various undertakings in Tibet have been effectively developed,especially since the sixth Tibet Symposium of the Central Committee in 2015.With the rapid development of various undertakings,the continuous improvement of the social infrastructure,the remarkable effect of the reform of the system and mechanism,the publicity and education of popularizing the law has stepped into a new stage,which has laid a foundation for further strengthening the construction of the regional legal culture in the new era.At the same time,the theoretical and practical achievements such as the construction of the rule of law in the inland areas of the country,the construction of the culture of the rule of law and the reform of the system and mechanism provide valuable experience for Tibet to strengthen the construction of the rule of law and With the preferential policies of the central government and the help of other provinces and cities,there are still great opportunities and advantages for Tibet to strengthen the construction of the culture of rule of law.Under this background,this paper takes the construction of Tibet's rule of law culture as the research object,from the theory and the reality.From the perspective of research on time and space,this paper systematically combs the status quo of the construction of the rule of law culture in Tibet in recent years by using literature analysis and investigation as the main research methods.This paper analyzes the environment of strengthening the construction of the rule of law culture in Tibet by means of swot analysis,and on this basis,puts forward some measures and ways to solve the problems.The full text is divided into four parts.the first part is introduction: it mainly discusses the background of the topic selection,the theoretical basis and practical significance of the research,and it is more comprehensive.This paper systematically combs the current research status and development trend of the theme of “the construction of Tibet's rule of law culture” at present,and on this basis,further explains the innovation of the research in this paper.The second part is the present situation of the construction of the rule of law culture in Tibet.It provides some data for the later analysis of the environmental conditions and path of the construction of Tibet's culture of rule of law.According to the data base.The third part is the environmental analysis of the construction of the rule of law culture in Tibet: the swot analysis method is mainly used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats existing in the construction of the rule of law culture in Tibet,with a view to coordinating the internal and external resources of the construction of the rule of law culture in Tibet.It lays a foundation for further analysis of the path of strengthening the construction of the culture of rule of law in Tibet.The fourth part is the approach to strengthen the construction of Tibet's legal culture: on the basis of the above analysis and discussion,in view of the problems faced by the construction of Tibet's legal culture,the existing weaknesses and challenges,combined with the advantages and opportunities,From the two aspects of strengthening the construction of the rule of law culture in Tibet and gradually establishing the system of the construction of the culture of rule of law,this paper probes into the path of the construction of the culture of rule of law in Tibet in the new era.
