Research On The Legalization Of Internet Anti-corruption

In our country,the anti-corruption work has always been an important work,Governments at all levels and the general public have attached great importance to this issue.After General Secretary Xi Jinping came to power,the importance of anti-corruption work was emphasized again.However,with the development of society,the traditional means of anti-corruption have obviously been difficult to meet the needs of reality.The rapid development of the network has broadened the channels of anti-corruption work and gradually developed into an important means of anti-corruption work.In recent years,most of the anti-corruption cases dealt with by the discipline inspection and supervision departments come from the network.Through the network platform,the official and non-governmental forces can be brought into full play,which promotes the anti-corruption work of our country to enter a new stage.In the anti-corruption work,the Network Anti-corruption shows its unique value of the rule of law to the world.Although network anti-corruption work has been developing in a deeper direction,it can not be ignored that the current means of Network Anti-corruption still faces many problems,such as: the existing laws and regulations lag behind the development of the network,the conflict between the public's right to know and personal privacy caused by the nonstandard behavior of participants in network anti-corruption,and the Network Anti-corruption caused by inadequate government supervision.The dominant power of corruption is ambiguous,and so on.It even faces the shortage of jurisprudence and the absence of rights protection mechanism.Focusing on the problems existing in the current practice of Network Anti-corruption in China,the author tries to explore the legalization path of Network Anti-corruption from three perspectives: perfecting legislation,guaranteeing rights and strengthening supervision,and puts forward some suggestions and opinions on various levels,such as government,society and law,to further promote the legalization of network anti-corruption,so as to actively promote public opinion.Guiding,standardizing the networksupervision behavior,giving full play to the role of network anti-corruption,and jointly realizing the ultimate goal of anti-corruption and advocating honesty.
