Urban Digital Processing Applications And Information Technology Law

Since the reform and opening up, the city’s economic and social development has made considerable progress, for instance, the rapid urban construction, constantly changing urban landscape, accelerating developed industrialization and urbanization, people’s significantly improved living standards. In addition, with the expanding city scale and increasing urban management content, urban management plays an increasingly prominent role in urban development. In the mean time, information technology has advanced considerably. With this background, digital urban management emerges.Digital urban management is the effective means to achieve scientific, fine, standardized urban management. Urban management can be further improved by innovating digital urban management model, recasting digital urban management process, timely detecting and dealing with various problems in the performance of digital urban management. This paper firstly introduces the background and meaning of digital urban management, and compares present situations of digital urban management in domestic and foreign countries. Then it takes the digital urban management of Yiwu Bureau of Administrative Law Enforcement for example. This paper explains the basic procedure, overall function need, affiliated facilities need of digital urban management, constructs network topology model, system framework and system function model, and then puts forward with detailed enforcement rules from seven perspectives. Lastly the paper emphasizes the effectiveness that digital urban management brings and points out the aspects which needs improvement.
